Three-piece carbon steel and stainless-steel ball valves Syveco offers two different three-piece body ball valves. One is in A216WCB carbon steel while the other one is in CF8M stainless steel. They come with BSP or NPT connections, and SW or BW options. Their diameters are comprised between ¼'' and 4''. These models of ball valves also have a certain number of common features, such as: PTFE seats Full bore PTFE packing Anti-blowout stem Locking device The maximum operating pressure is 63 bar, while temperatures allowed range from -20 °C to +180 °C (see pressure/temperature graph on the technical sheet). Widely used in the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries, the three-piece ball valve offers a number of a great advantages: easy to disassemble, the device offers direct access to stud bolts, making the maintenance operations easier. We also offer a 304 stainless steel spare stem extension and a spare blue sleeve, as an option. Important: in compressed air systems, this type of three-piece ball valve only allows a maximum pressure of 10 bar.
